About

A Plano general contractor built around project control, not fragmented scope management.

General Contractors of Plano leads commercial and industrial projects with structured preconstruction, disciplined field coordination, and clear closeout planning across North Texas.

Operating Approach

We plan the project like the builder who has to deliver every phase.

That starts with practical preconstruction. We review site access, utility conditions, building type, permitting exposure, long-lead procurement, and the way the owner expects the finished asset to operate. The goal is to define a sequence the field can actually execute instead of letting major decisions drift until they become schedule problems.

Once a project moves into construction, we manage the work as a single commercial and industrial build program. Site development, shell delivery, support spaces, parking, circulation, and turnover stay connected under one plan rather than being treated like a pile of disconnected specialist scopes.

How Jobs Are Run

Project discipline that stays useful from planning through handoff.

  • Preconstruction is built around site realities, not generic assumptions.
  • Schedule control connects procurement, access, inspections, and field sequencing.
  • Owner communication stays direct and tied to the next decisions that matter.
  • Closeout is planned before the last field push so punch does not become an afterthought.

What We Build

The work is centered on commercial and industrial scopes that owners actually need from a lead GC: site development, warehouse and distribution facilities, flex industrial buildings, retail centers, office projects, data centers, parking lots, and phased expansion work across North Texas.

How We Think

The useful question is not just who can build one scope. It is who can keep utilities, access, shell sequencing, occupancy planning, and turnover connected so the project does not lose control halfway through construction.
